Jean did the update and I reviewed what she submitted (and updated the
tracking spreadsheet to show that), the file Jean upload had no tracked
changes and I added none either.
I finished the second review and only corrected some small type errors
and some incorrect character styles (Direct Formatting).
I will move the chapter to the Draft folder.

The idea behind OmegaT was
I am trying to setup Nextcloud client software for easy synchronization
between the local folder and the foundation folder on Windows10.
I am able to log in but then it asks to grant access. After clicking on
grant access it got stuck every time.

If that helps, the Nextcloud client for Linux also gives the same issue.
I had to go back to the onwcloud client to make it work, at the expense
of a big warning every time it connects.
It seems to be a bug in the NC client.
