Hi :) Over the years i have often heard of people clearing the x-refs but have no idea how that fits into the list of processes. Does it need to be done for every publication? Does the wiki need doing too? In the published guides is it something that is best done to the entire book or is it best done one chapter at a time? If it's best 1 chapter at a time then when is best? At the moment the list of processes for each chapter of the Base Handbook goes like this; New items translated Updates added Reviewed/ Edited Proofread/ Edited Published Checkout 2. New items translated 3. Updates added 4. Reviewed / Edited 5. Proof-read / Edited 6. Published The 1st column has the chapter title and the 7th is so that people can sign-out the chapter (to let people know they are working on it). If it's best to do each chapter on it's own then would it be good to add a new column or item to that list? I purchased this Libre office guide a couple of moths ago. Mail merge, Page 107 directs to Chapter 11 ? E-mails, Page 305 directs to chapter 11 Is this another book I have to get? Hi :) When you say directs is the guide in electronic format? You can get electronic versions from; https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/Publications and hopefully there is a more up-to-date version there. Printed copies are more tricky and we might well not be able to help with that. :( We do our best to be as perfect as possible but it's not always possible. Las aulas Municipales para mayores de 65 años , propias del ayuntamiento de Madrid incluyen el paquete libreoffice y nos gustaría poder aportar a los usuarios, acceso a tutoriales sobre el suit. Las guías detalladas para los componentes individuales todavía no se han traducido. Espero que esto sea de alguna ayuda a su organización. I did a quick translation using an MT and got a slightly odd result at the beginning but it starts to make more sense about half-way through the 2nd sentence. Hello, I wear contact pcs.
