[libreoffice-documentation] Template 7.x update

Hi Team
I have updated the template following the meeting this last Thursday
June 4th.

I admit the bullet and numbering lists is not yet perfect, It has
challenged me for some hours and included chasing a bug that messed with
list bullet position vs paragraph indentation.

file is template7a_OH.ott in the /Contributor Resource/ folder.

Welcome!

Others will give you the guidance that you need. What I would like to 
know is what is your experience level in using LibreOffice. What is your 
knowledge of styles in a text document? What operating system does your 
computer use? These are some basic background questions that is helpful 
for us to know.


Personal example: I began nearly 20 years ago with little knowledge 
about the program. I had a lot to learn, but I did. Learning to use 
styles is very important for our work so I read the chapters on styles 
in the Writer Guide, learning and applying them as I went. It is 
gratifying work. You can also.

My name is Annie. I am currently exploring a career transition into
technical writing, and would like contribute to LibreOffice's documentation

Okay, Ill grab the error codes one. Did anyone pick up the keyboard
shortcuts on Mac? I see someone returned that chapter on June 3, but it's
not indicated on the spreadsheet f they reviewed it for macOS.

already been gotten?

I was just thinking out aloud. Adding Chapter may be a way of improving cross 
referencing and/or using fields. It needs some thought. Suggested this because 
I am assembling the Draw Guide ready for publishing. I am coming across a few 
problems with the referencing. I need to make a list. These problems could 
template problems.

I will let you when I finished the Draw Guide.

At the time of the final revision for the 6.x template we still had a
horribly confusing mix of OOo and LO style naming and the team
contributors agreed that we should stick with the standard names where
possible. Hence, there was no need to add new names like Chapter Title
and Chapter Subtitle, when the existing standard Title and Subtitle
styles could simply be modified to the documentation requirements.

I see the use of existing style name as being less confusing,
particularly for new contributors. Do you feel there would be any
advantage in adding new style names and asking contributors to use those
instead of the existing standard styles modified to the documentation
requirements.

Hello Everybody

Another reason why we should stay with sans serif fonts. They are easier to 
read when you are quickly referencing to a user guide. My mail program uses 
sans serif and it is so easy to read.

Which styles would you like to see removed?

Originally there was only one 6.x template in the Nextcloud "Contributor
Resources" folder, but for some unknown reason folks kept creating
additional editions with their own modifications. Hopefully, the Docs
Team can agree on using just the one 7.x template and save save
unnecessary extra work for the person compiling the final book for
