[libreoffice-documentation] Calc Guide Chapter 14, Customizing Calc

This file includes Mark Morin's updates and suggested enhancements. I
have annotated some of it. IMO most of the additional material should
not go into this chapter, but it could be included in other chapters
of the Calc Guide or Getting Started or perhaps go into one or more
stand-alone tutorials. Thanks, Mark, for all your work.
