the autocorrect replacement table to the new machine's LO.
How can I copy this table and transfer it to the appropriate place in the
new machine so it can be accessed by the new LO please?

It's not just about font-height (although that is one
Regarding iframes: we don't use them, don't need them, and won't use them
because transclusion will do the job if we want to go that way.

Look in Tools Options Paths for the location of the AutoCorrect
file, then copy the file to the equivalent location on the new

Hi,
Do you know any good reference pages or blogs etc. about working with
important/sensitive documents with LibreOffice/OOo and giving tips for how
to avoid document/data/content loss by using methods loss like:
- Frequent autosaves
- Always create backups
- Using a cloud directory for saving

Hi,
As I have already written here, we would like to translate the LO
Getting Started guide. We want to use for that OmegaT.
In fact, we have already translated about a half of the 3.5 version.
Since 4.0 is out now, we started to think how to use the 3.5 translation

I get the point of your comment:
Some colloquialisms are IMO a bit too colloquial.

If there is not already an item in the FAQ about this, IMO someone should
create one. I have not had time to check.
Also, this is a perfect topic for a short blog post on the Libodocs blog.

A suggestion for people editing (or just browsing through) the FAQs: some

full or as a summary paragraph with a pointer to the FAQ entry.
You don't have to do a blog post yourself (though you are very welcome and
