I've forwarded this to Clive, but I suspect that the limited access to control UEFI on that PC that he brought may prevent him doing anything. I remember that it was a really dumbed down interface compared to the classic BIOS menu and I certainly don't remember anything under the Security tab that might give access to anything other than pre-installed keys. I still think that there was something fundamental with the basic UEFI settings with respect to accessing attached drives at boot-up.
