For information:
1. Googling for "BeautifulSoup problem find_next" shows several
people on Stackexchange also have problems with this function. I have
not discovered a solution.
2. Responders mostly suggested using "find_all" and iterating through
the results.
3. I have re-implemented the script using this suggestion and have
been successful.
