Yes they should work fine. I believe they follow USB mass storage device standards, or something similar.

However, they can only read/write IBM formatted disks (720k/1.44M). They can't do eg. Acorn RISC OS disks. If you need to read non-IBM disks there are other USB devices you can use, but they are more complicated.
