I am getting the following error on a CentOS 5.4 server. I have tried
reinstalling webalizer, libgd and libpng but I still get the error
message.

Sounds like one of those naughty hanging upgrades. Where they only
upgrade a part and if the new version isn't 100% compatible it all falls
down.
