Job Title: 5254-1: Network Engineer Location: COLUMBIA/South Carolina Duration: 8 months SKILLS REQUIRED * Expert knowledge of, and experience with Windows 7 on both desktop and laptop computers. * Expert knowledge of, and experience with, Symantec Ghost or similar tool for bulk reimage of large numbers of desktop and laptop computers. * Expert knowledge of, and experience with Microsoft SCCM and related tools, such as Secunia, for remote upgrade and patch maintenance. * Expert Level working knowledge of PowerShell * Ability to pull inventory statistics from AD and/or windows servers/clients using PowerShell. * Ability to automate administrative functions using PowerShell * Ability to automate deployments using PowerShell * Expert Level working knowledge of SCCM 2007 and SCCM 2012 * Ability to pull inventory statistics from AD and/or windows servers/clients using SCCM * Ability to automate administrative functions using PowerShell * Ability to automate deployments using PowerShell * Ability to define, document, and deploy fully automated imaging solutions using industry standard tools such as SCCM and Symantec Ghost Enterprise. * Ability to create architectural documentation on existing environments and more importantly recommendations on proposed improvements * Active Directory administration as needed to add and delete user accounts. * Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards, including DNS and DHCP. * Experience in developing and maintaining documentation for policies, procedures, and best practices. * Experience in monitoring infrastructure systems for Windows environments * The ability to lift and transport moderately heavy objects up to 50 lbs, such as computers and peripherals desirable but not required.
