*Senior Software Engineer – iOS*
*Oak Brook, Illinois*

*6-9 Month Contract*,* possibly extended to 12 months*

This role is a demanding, highly dynamic, and highly technically
challenging position. To be successful, you must be a top-notch
iOS/Objective-C developer committed to becoming an integral part of our
highly technical development team. You will need to be extremely
self-driven and can operate independently with little direction.

The ideal candidate will have progressive experience in developing
enterprise-scale iOS applications. Also, a proven history of optimizing
mobile application performance to increase responsiveness and decrease load
times will be highly important.

*Responsibilities:*
• Design, develop, and test applications from the ground up
• Work with outside data sources and API’s
• Develop and deploy iOS 5.0+ based applications
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and performance tune applications
• Actively participate in the team processes and use of Agile methodologies

*Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:*
• Progressive experience developing enterprise-level, native iOS
applications
• Strong ability with optimizing iOS mobile application performance for
faster load times and increased responsiveness
• High level of proficiency with Swift
• Experience with App Kit and Cocoa Touch SDK
• Experience with Core Data
• Strong Object Oriented design and development experience
• Experience working with data from outside API’s
• Understanding with multi-threaded interface design
• Experience with parsing KML, JSON, and other serialized data
• Experience with embedded relational databases such as SQLite
