Term: 3 to 4 months *** LOCAL or Regional candidates preferred *** *** Green Card, EAD, or US CITIZEN candidates Preferred *** *** Phone screen and in-person interview Required *** *** Position Specifications follow *** Market Job Title - PeopleSoft 9.1 HCM Benefits Administration Consultant PeopleSoft Benefits Consultant can work REMOTE in St Louis, MO Required Skills: 7+ years PeopleSoft Benefits Admin Functional Consulting experience Implementation experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 7+ years of experience delivering information technology consulting services 5+ years of experience with the technical or functional design and configuration of PeopleSoft Enterprise solutions Detailed experience with one or more of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules: Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, Workforce Planning, Learning Management, Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition Manager, Employee and Manager Self Service, eBenefits, ePerformance, eCompensation and UPK (User Productivity Kit) System Test planning and execution Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment Excellent leadership, written communication, oral communication and interpersonal skills Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States but must be prepared to travel to St. Louis Monday thru Thursday each week for the duration of the project. Additionally, there may be requirements for Friday onsite work as well. There may be the need for client location work on Fridays during peak periods. Travel costs are to be absorbed by the contracting candidates and are included in the bill rate.
