Play key role in the functional and technical management of our HR modules
of the Oracle E-Business Suite. The HRIS department provides daily support
to over 4500 employees across 20 practice sites.

The HRIS Systems Analyst will be responsible for the daily operation and
management of the HR Modules in the HCM (Human Capital Management), Oracle
E-Business Suite Release 12 – Core HR, Advanced Benefits, Employee
Self-Service, Manager Self-Service and Performance Management.  As a senior
member of the team, the HRIS Systems Analyst will be accountable for
providing leadership to others in the HRIS team.  HRIS is responsible for
all report creation and on-going management, development of HR analytics,
HR management dashboard and development of business design criteria for new
modules and may be responsible for creating and conducting end-user
training.  Included in role will be development of business specifications,
identification of solutions, modification of business processes and
interface with Oracle IT to ensure configuration meets the needs through
user acceptance testing and suggesting alternatives. Will be involved with
simple to complex projects.  Demonstrated ability to manage functional
projects is expected.




*Skills and Experience: *5+ years’ experience with progressively more
complex system administration.

5-7 years must be in system configuration of Oracle applications,
specifically Human Resources and Payroll. Expertise in Oracle EBS
configuration, upgrades, designing business processes and testing
methodologies is also required.

Strong analytical ability is a must to conduct, test and document the logic
of different modules of the Oracle software.

Knowledge and understanding of complex information flows, and sound
business practices to ensure credibility of the system is also required.

The applicant must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact
effectively with all levels of management in discussions and explanations
of complex system matters and strong communications skills, including
effective oral presentation skills and excellent writing skills.

Proficiency with other business related software applications (i.e., MS
Word, Access, Excel, etc.) required.

Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL Toad is a strong plus..

Knowledge of Oracle table structure and ability to utilize Access to
generate reports is required.

Experience with a Reporting tool such as Business Objects or OBIEE is a
plus.



*Education:*

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education, training and experience in
Finance, Business Administration or related discipline required.
