*Agile Business Analyst *

Looking for an Agile Business Analyst who is excited to join a company at
the beginning stages of a large scale, enterprise level Lean & Agile
transformation. This role will help shape how the organization understands
how the transformation is progressing providing critical information and
suggestions to leadership.



*Responsibilities:*

·         Provide support for the Lean & Agile transformation team on key
strategic issues and initiatives with high impact and visibility

·         Contributes to defining key performance metrics to organize,
analyze, understand and communicate quantitative and qualitative findings
related to transformation initiatives.

·         Manage the process for eliciting and reporting on team level
Agile maturity assessments.

·         Provides feedback to management at all levels regarding the
progress of Agile transformations within their teams

·         Quickly and accurately perform ad hoc analysis and/or support for
PMO leadership

·         Use the information gathered to build a case for
process improvements; may draw conclusions about trends, variances (against
plan, year-over-year, etc.) and team and program performance; presents
information and distributes reports.

·         Develop recommendations to address problems/issues

·         Provide assistance with training sessions and presentations.
Prepare materials for these sessions and aid in the class scheduling,
registration and reporting.

·         Prepare Agile communications, online postings, maintain web site,
write brief and impactful e-mails, and populate Agile Playbook

·         Represents department in interdepartmental meetings and task
forces to provide information and recommendations.

·         Engages in one-on-one coaching as needed with team members who
are new to Agile

·         Participates in or leads complex problem solving activities to
define problems, assess current state root causes, design and test
solutions, and implement solutions leading to desired outcomes



*Requirements:*

·         Analytical thinker, time-management and communicator with
outstanding facilitation and conflict resolution skills

·         At least 5 years of professional experience, sharp and eager to
do non-glamorous work.  Someone with a “can do” attitude

·         1-2 years Agile/scrum experience. Must be an enthusiastic Lean &
Agile practitioner interested in growing their skills and helping others do
so as well

·         Ability to collect data in a cohesive way and develop, metrics,
dashboards, reports

·         Experienced at inspiring and supporting change at individual,
team and organizational levels, in the adoption and ongoing improvements of
effective and scalable Agile methods, processes, tools, and metrics

·         Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of the
organization

·         Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse
personality types

·         Advanced expertise in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint)

·         Proven ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in
a team

·         Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks at once

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
