   - Five years as a BI Developer
   - Strong SSIS, Informatica, or IBM InfoSphere Datastage skills
   - Strong SQL skills
   - The ability to quickly identify problems and bring them to resolution
   - The ability to analyze existing code and optimize it for
   maintainability/efficiency
   - Data Analytics, including unstructured data
   - Data visualization
   - Understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling concepts
   - Advanced SQL query capabilities
   - Ability to create and edit SSIS packages
   - Ability to create and edit SQL scripts and stored procedures

*Other skills that are desirable:*

   - Hadoop
   - SQL Fuzzy matching using Levenshtein, Soundex, or other methods
   - Big Data experience using IBM Pure Data Analytics or TeraData
   - Retail systems experience
