Job Title : Senior Exchange Architecture. Location : CT Duration : 6+ Months Rate : OPEN • Bachelor’s degree • 5 years technical experience designing & implementing Enterprise Microsoft Solutions, specifically Exchange & Active Directory enterprise solutions in a Senior Engineering Role • 5 years of experience designing and managing Enterprise solutions based on a MS Windows Server Platform • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills • Demonstrates strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to allow efficient and effective problem identification and apply appropriate solution • Illustrates high attention to problem description, detail and impact • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working in a fast paced and changing environment • Ability to deal with multiple concurrent support issues • Strong mentoring skills • Exhibits solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills Technology Skills: • Strong/proven design, implementation and operation experience with Microsoft Active Directory in a multinational company is a must. • Designing/Deploying enterprise class Directory Services solutions (Microsoft AD DS 2008/2012) • Must have extensive experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Domains and Trusts, Sites and Services • Solid understanding and knowledge with DNS, DHCP, and WINS • Strong Group Policy Management experience is a must • Technical knowledge of security concepts (AD GPO, login scripts, policies, endpoint security, firewall rules) • Strong Working knowledge Networking and Internet Protocols • Deep understanding of Active Directory Domain Services • Advanced systems competence in Windows Server Technologies, Active Directory, IIS, File Systems Management, Virtual environments, and MS-SQL • Proven design, planning and implementation experience on a technical level with Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 Hardware (Servers, Network Switches, Firewalls, SAN) • Has thorough understanding and experience with enterprise level infrastructure, web and server applications in a cloud or on-premise environment. • Demonstrable skills in routing, firewalls, proxies, and other network platforms desired • Strong understanding of LAN & WAN concepts and technologies • Strong understanding of Server Virtualization concepts • Must demonstrate experience in the techniques used to build highly scalable, economically feasible and high-performing systems and infrastructure.
