*Role: Business Analyst* *Location : Atlanta GA* *Duration: 12 Months* *Rate: 32/hr on C2C* *Interview: Phone then Face to Face* *candidate that have worked on financial or “order management” based applications as that is the type of project this client is currently working on.* *Job Description:* The BA can be mid-level and will have regular guidance from a full-time business analyst who is familiar with the application. There are many requirements artifacts that have been collected recently and over the years. Putting those together with details of the current requirements will provide us with a set of documentation we can use for future application support teams. For the end users, there's room for some functional process improvement, but largely the processes that exist are the ones that will continue to be used. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with users who are better at showing how a process works than describing how it works. Experience with financial systems is a plus. While there will be a project manager assigned, some ability with (or desire for) project coordination is also a plus. Managing scope creep and sharply clarifying requirements for the developer is a must.
