by the way - I have the very same issue in my logs too.
I'm using dovecot 2.2.20.rc1 for debian using
http://xi.rename-it.nl/debian/ as my package source.

lot of messages like this in mail.log:

Nevertheless Dovecot seems to work normally. Email
