Thanks, you were right, I had forgotten that there would be indexes for
each folder (of course). So I had done a 'find -maxdepth' type command
to find and delete them, and only hit the ones in Maildir. Now that I
have deleted all of them, there are no more errors.

much still a problem until it's packaged with the fix.

I compiled dovecot 2.3 from git. Because there is already a bug in
virtual-plugin, and i hoped, it get fixed... but it doesn't. So this
