I am new to Doxygen and am having some small teething troubles.
I am aware that Doxygen has problems when a variable appears to be a
function i.e. has parentheses.
I program embedded AVR code and it is very common that a variable has
extra attributes containing parentheses.
e.g.
uint16_t
I am using doxygen to generate from a set of sourcecode on my local
computer using the windows GUI. The Doxygen output is intended for the
website, but the links to source files are relative to my local machine.
For example when I put this up on my webiste at the bottom of one of the
