Dear all,

I've tried to create a link to an image with the \ref and also with
the markdown support (as described in paragraph 4.1.10 of the manual,
but I didn't got a result, most of the times the image was copied to
the points where I just wanted to have a reference.
Say I have a text like:

some text describing something and than referring to an image that is
somewhere later.
....
more text
...
The image to be referred to
...
more text
...
some more text with a reference to the previous image.

I thought something like might work:

some text describing something and than referring to an image
[The image]: aa.png
that is somewhere later.
....
more text
...
The image to be referred to
![The image] (aa.png)
...
more text
...
some more text with a reference to the previous image.
[The image]: aa.png

I also tried with the @ref, but also without any success.

Does anybody have a solution ?
