This is a bug in the 1.8.2 version (SVN repository version 830) it has
already been corrected in the SVN repository (SVN repoitory version
831).

it's really useful to have HTML_EXTRA_STYLESHEET (I am using doxygen
1.8.2). But as far as I understand the file must exist on the local
filesystem and gets copied to the output directory.
So it seems not possible to use a cental HTML_EXTRA_STYLESHEET for all
doxygen projects, which resides
