The directory and file lists have been merged into one hierarchical list
showing both.

I am missing a "List of directories" in doxygen HTML output. For complex
source code repositories it is desired to see what directories exist.
According to release notes since version 1.8.1 the "SHOW_DIRECTORIES" is
no longer used. But where is the directory list?
