myurl Ctrl+Enter
launches www.myurl.com.

Sure, see the samples in localaliases.txt.
For example, the run command can be used to fire up most anything on the
local machine:
exp|run explorer /e, %s
translates to exp is the alias for running explorer.exe with the /e switch,
starting in folder %s.
