I just did a fresh install (3.1.8) and noticed that note.xml isn't included
in the latest version. When I put the old note.xml in and try to use it, I
get an error when I type note by itself with nothing after it:

doesn't like Mozilla. Is there a way to add XML code to make this one
particular search open in IE?
