I definitely agree it's a problem with DQSD, I just think both reuseBrowserWindowMode and launchmode affect how DQSD interacts with Internet Explorer when launching searches... Well, there are only six possibilities from launchmode = 0/1 and reuseBrowserWindowMode = 0/1/2, and I can attest
