I've made some changes to the DQSDTools dll which may help with the recent 'grey window' problems some people have been seeing. To help those that can't rebuild the DLL from the source code in the CVS repository, I've also added the DLL itself to CVS. Glenn indicated that there may be some problems with the web interface to this (like the file isn't visible to me), but it's there if people want it and can use CVS themselves.
