To rule out problem sources with XP or IE, I
uninstalled IE and then downloaded and installed XP service pack 1. After
this I had to uninstall DQSD and reinstall. Now DQSD works without
problem. Thanks to all who spent time studying the earlier
question.

- Shutdown all instances of IE
- In the "Search Wizard" subdirectory, rename DQSDS
