How about enhancing dqsd as a google-bar-bot? When the google bar is installed, instead of submitting a form to google, dqsd would input the search items into the google bar and let it do the search. Does it make sense? Is it doable?

When IE is maximized I can't get focus on dqsd no matter how I try, with WIN+S or with mouse clicks. I seem to remember someone else had the same problem. The only fix is to minimize or normalize IE, then WIN+S and mouse clicks work as expected.

With the latest code (not in a release yet), you can add sub-categories by
adding a field after the category:
word|run winword|Microsoft Word|Start Microsoft
Word|Office|subcategory1,subcategory1
