I changed mine to
configureEditorExe="C:\\program files\\UltraEdit\\UEdit32.exe";
(don't have HomeSite), and it seems to be working fine. You did restart the
toolbar, right?

I just found the configureDQSD "search", and I'd like to use it, except
that when I click on one of the items in the menu, they open in Notepad
instead of HomeSite+, which I set with the configureEditorExe
preference. I've got it set as:
configureEditorExe="C:\\program files\\HomeSite+\\HomeSite
