I've sent some theme files to Glenn. They fix the ugly blueness of the
XP look in 32-bit Vista. If anyone wants them before Glenn makes them
more generally available, email me offlist and I'll send them directly.

If I understand Charlie correctly, Vista doesn't behave properly with the

I've fixed httpinst to use the correct URLs for the new svn repository, and
I've added a /list switch which will bring up the list of searches in the
repository ordered by date. The latest is attached. Drop it in your
%PROGRAMFILES%\Quick Search Deskbar\searches folder, and you're good to go.
Correct. Users running Vista will need to take the provided files and
substitute them for localsearch.css and theme.css. Our installation
should simply put them into the dqsd directory. Actually, the
localsearch.css should be renamed to localsearch_vista.css before we
make it available to folks so
I agree, I thought I should have been able to get this whole thing to work
with just theme.css. But some things just wouldn't take right and it ended up
looking ugly. Specfically, the button wouldn't change colour, and a couple

Here's the actual spec: http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/ -- excruciating.

sweet, but low on basic ideas
FWIW, I removed

I'll pass on the excruciating one. And try the other, thanks.
Little red chevron is good. Though I actually think the best for the theme
would probably be silver. I'll try that later.
