Did you previously have DQSD 3.x installed? Did you uninstall and
reboot prior to installing 4.0?

21 Jul 2007 - Installed DQSD RC3 but I can't use my backspace key to delete
entries in the search bar. Pressing backspace has no effect. I mentioned
this during the Beta.
