A strong second to Will's response -- be grateful for this free tool or don't
use it, or better yet, fix or make it better.

(Do you really think that we are not fixing this just to punish users like
yourself?  Dude, it's not personal... get a grip on reality.)

If this is "TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE" and you "CANNOT FATHOM HOW THIS PROBLEM CAN
PERSIST SO LONG", then turn off your computer and walk away from it.  Otherwise,
at some point, you will encounter a similar problem with an application you've
paid $$ for, and a meltdown on your part is sure to follow.
