Hmm I just noticed the same thing for the comx search on my win2k box.. There is
no scrollbar but even if there were, it doesnt appear you would be able to move
the move over to scroll anywhere as the popup is removed the instant the mouse
moves off of the search title..

Do you mean on the actual list of searches via the chevron and the list
of searches under each category, not the individual help for a specific
search? I use 1600x1200 on each of my displays so that has never been an
issue for me. My understanding is that most of these menus collapse
automatically at the edge of the screen, though. Does it not? Can you
share a screen shot?

That's a good way to see the help and both work fine for me. The way I
normally view it is from the >> menu, where no scroll bars show for me.
Do you see some? btw, i have xp pro sp 2, ie 6 is installed, though i
never use it (why would anyone?).

That worked. Attached is the fixed uktv search which was broken. As well
as fixing it I have updated it to use yy/pp style login details if they
are available. The "problem" exists where the full help is not shown, as
I highlighted in another post. So the accented channels do show
correctly but will never be seen as the help window does not have a scroll.

Try this table instead:

You'll need to know what the character is called, and I assume you
intendedto present the latin capital letter E with acute, which is 201,
and the O acute, which is 210.
  É and Ò
This works in my tests. It should be noted, though, that these entities
may fail if the font used is not a latin font. While this is unlikely,
it's something you should be aware of.
