As a matter of fact, it was installed this way. IE6 SP1 Maxthon IE7b2 Avant I have not uninstalled anything yet. Now I'm afraid too, because DQSD is working. I have a theory that adding Maxthon and Avant might have something to do with it. This would make sense to me.. Avant, like Maxthon are merely frontends for the IE engine. If the IE engine itself is broken, it would make sense that it would remain broken regardless of the GUI.. Negative. I upgrade my machine from IE6 to the IE7 B2 and installed Avant, the search bar is still broken.
