Hi James, Cool, thanks! I definitely agree it's a problem with DQSD, I just think both reuseBrowserWindowMode and launchmode affect how DQSD interacts with Internet Explorer when launching searches, so there may be a chance changing the modes helps slightly. I'll look into it, time
