This is the plug that Drake used on most of the 4 line
rigs. It looks close to the size of a regular 1/4 inch
stereo plug, but it is only 0.206 inches in diameter.
Collins also used the same size.

Some of the TR4/4c's didn't have a top for the finals. In addition some
of the final tube heights won't allow the cover which I think is why
