[drakelist] R-4 Series Synthesizer

Has anyone built the synthesizer for Drake R-4 receivers featured in June 2004 QST? This article is also available at http://www2.arrl.org/qst/2004/06/hageman.pdf.   If so, did you experience any problems (misprints, debug problems, etc)?
