rom drbd9, the two-nodes drbd server setup is
no longer possible when it comes to HA since at the backend its drbd who
manages the roles of nodes and allocate the leader. If 2 nodes are up then
its ok but when 1 is down among the 2 drbd storage is no longer accessible
with drbdmanage.

Yes if the volume is in secondary, it won't work like Yannis said. I also
confirm that a 2 nodes drbd9 cluster does not work if the primary node is
down and there will be quorum.
