Hi Dave,
Some cleanup/fixes, some noticed during testing of Noralf Trønnes
rework of the suspend/resume helper. His changes will conflict with
this fixes, but he will rebase the patchset ontop of this changes.
I did base this on drm-fixes, hope that is fine.
