Anybody (Brian, Keith?) working on the Mesa-3.5-tree?
I've didn't see any activity for some days/weeks, now.
It would be very nice to see the Mesa-4.0/OpenGL 1.3 stuff comming, soon.
The current Mesa-3.5 stuff crash under UT (all versions) with the Voodoo5

Even Bill White couldn't fix it.
BTW
Glide3 didn't compile with 3DNow! enabled since last autumn (?).
So I thing all distros ship without it.
I'll looking into it if I reget a new clean CVS checkout...
Any helping hands out there?

The a7m266 uses the AMD 761
chipset. Apparently that chipset is not supported
yet. Can anyone confirm that?
Search LKM and watchout for Alan Cox's info about AGP and the unknown chipset
option (agp_try_unsupported=1).
rmmod agpgart (if loaded)
modprobe agpgart
and the chipset is one a lot of people have had problems with: an AMD
IronGate AMD-751 (though most of the problems I've seen reported on
the lists have been Radeon+AMD-750, not 751).
I can only comment on this.
AMD-750 (760/760MP with DDR-SDRAM support) is the name for the whole chipset.
I have it disabled in my host.cf but it stops compilation.
Greetings,
Dieter
