When I run the CVS R200 kernel modules, many megabytes of
synchronization errors appear in xorg.log and it still crashes when I
run any GL app, including glxinfo. It doesn't matter what version of
Mesa I'm running, it should be impossible to crash the kernel like this.

Does the DRM git tree work would also be interesting,...
I haven't merged up Michel's drawable/blank changes for 2.6.19 as they
were much too new for it, but do we have a backwards compat issue perhaps
or something similiar?
