It seems that there have been several attempts, but nothing has been accepted into the stock code yet. https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/DS-1493 is available for JSPUI (DSpace offers two different GUIs) and https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/DS-2471 also addresses this need. I've done something locally to export a variety of bibliographic formats in XMLUI (the other GUI) but it's unpublished at the moment. So, if you want this feature out-of-the-box, I don't think DSpace has that yet.
