Good catch...
I released 1.6.1 and 1.6.2 from the 1_6_x branch (which does have
1.6.3-SNAPSHOT as the next build version, as we'd expect) but I guess
that because trunk hasn't been used for releases since 1.6.0, it's
just reflecting the next version from the 1.6.0 release.
