are you updating your oai index regularly e.g. as a cron job see

If you do run
[dpace]/bin/dspace oai -c import
are there any errors?

Kindly help enable OAI-PMH module, I managed to configure it checked
settings on oai.cfg correct but it only shows communities and collections

The error is saying that port 8081 is already being used by another
application/service and Tomcat is unable to use it:
"java.net.BindException: Address already in use :8081"
Likely something else is using port 8081, or your Tomcat has refused to
shutdown and is "hanging" on port

beginning from 80.
