when I insert a new author and click on lookup button, a popup is opened
and it show that local value 'Rossi, Mario' (not in naming authority). So
if I click on accept, this author receive a key (rp1). In a new

My library recently discovered a few bitstreams where the primary document
has multiple entries. The top entry requires the university affiliated
group to sign in but the second one is open to all. So the document is
open to everyone despite the intention that users must logon
