[dspace-tech] Cannot load Dspace Applications on new Dspace 6.3 install

Hi, I am in the middle of installing Dspace 6.3 on a new Centos 7 test server. Everything is installed as per the install guide. However I am unable to see the applications. I think I have defined the home directory in the local.cfg but on starting tomcat I see this message in the logs
