Hi all, how can we integrate an external database other than already
integrated external databases (Scopus, WoS.. etc) in DSpace Cris7? Is there
any way for that? Should we write some Java classes or just generate xml
integration files something like other-external-database-intergations.xml?

check who owns dspace folder and its files and then make sure it matches
what user is tomcat run as with in /usr/lib/systemd/system/tomcat9.service.
