I configured our handle server but later realized that the handle URI was
being generated with our domain name (
http://ucudir.ucu.ac.ug/xmlui/handle/20.500.11951/232)
I later found out the problem and corrected it and now all other items are
having the correct URI (https://hdl
Try to delete the dspace database in 6v2 before attempting to run the
restore command when the deletion is successful then do the migration
Please backup before attempting this solution.

I have been running dspace 5.5 on a virtual server and now have installed
6.2 on another virtual server.
my challenge is to move all the data from the 5.5 to the new 6.2 server.
the dspace 5.5 is using postgresql 9.3 and the 6.2 is using 10.

Hello,
I am a systems admin and I have been trying to customize the dspace url. I
would like to remove the port number and /xmlui from the url so that it
looks something like www.mydspace.ac.ug instead of
www.mydspace.ac.ug:8080/xmlui. need help or reference to a source of
documentation.
