Hi, That "ScriptLauncher" class is included in the "dspace-api-[version].jar", which should be installed in your [dspace]/lib/ directory. The error seems to be saying that file is either missing or incorrect. You may want to double check that all the upgrade steps have succeeded, especially the "ant update" step which installs/updates this JAR into that directory.
